Shipping
Collars leave from Rosita’s table in Chicago, packed with care. We ship within 3–5 business days of payment, and you will receive tracking by email. For now we ship to U.S. addresses only.
One of a kind
Because each collar is unique, we cannot replace a sold piece with an identical one. If something arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right — a repair, a refund, or a similar piece when one exists.
Returns
Unworn collars may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the piece (shipping is not refunded). Please send it back in its original packaging. Traces of perfume or lotion on the cord mean we cannot offer the piece again; contact us and we will still try to help.
Custom lengths
If you need a length that is not on the table, ask. A collar made to your measure takes extra time and cannot be returned.
