Shipping
Collars leave from Rosita’s table in Chicago, packed in a simple sleeve or the clear retail pack you see in the photographs. We aim to send available pieces within 5–10 business days of confirming an inquiry. You will receive tracking by email. For now we plan to ship to U.S. addresses only.
One of a kind
Because each collar is unique, we cannot replace a sold piece with an identical one. If something arrives damaged, write within 7 days with photographs and we will make it right — a repair, a studio credit, or a sister piece when one exists.
Returns
Unworn collars may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a studio credit or a refund of the piece (shipping is not refunded). Please keep the handwritten length label and original packing. Earrings of perfume or lotion on the cord mean we cannot restock the piece; contact us and we will still try to help.
Custom lengths
If you need a length we do not have on the table, ask. A new collar takes studio time and is not returnable once it has been made to your measure.
