Questions
Sizing, care, uniqueness, and how we ship.
What sizes do the collars come in?
Each piece is made in a single length between 20 and 35 inches. The exact measurement is listed on the product page and, when packaged, written by hand on the label. Because every collar is unique, we do not cut the same design down to several sizes.
Is every necklace truly one of a kind?
Yes. Rosita shapes and glazes each miniature jarrito by hand. When a collar sells, that exact arrangement of clay, glaze, and cord is gone. A later piece may feel related — never identical.
How should I care for a ceramic collar?
Treat it as handmade jewelry. Keep it dry; do not soak or wear in the shower. Wipe the cord and glaze with a soft, dry cloth. Store it flat or hanging so the tiny handles do not catch. The ceramic is glazed and sturdy for daily wear, but it can chip if dropped on stone.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. Collars leave from Rosita’s table in Chicago, for addresses in the United States. International shipping may come later — write to us if you live abroad.
Can I write in Spanish or English?
Please do either. The site, the inbox, and the maker are bilingual. Use the EN | ES toggle any time; your preference is remembered.
When can I pay online?
From your bag, with Stripe Checkout. Each collar is one of a kind — only one of each piece can go in the bag, and sold pieces cannot be added. If this copy of the site has no Stripe keys yet, you will see a short message instead of a payment page; write to hello@rositascrafts.com and we will help.
