A short, honest policy for a small family business: what we receive, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you write to hello@rositascrafts.com, we receive the name, email, and message you send, plus the collar you mentioned. We use that only to reply. The contact form opens your own email app, so nothing you type is stored on our server.
Cookies & your cart
We set a single preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site can remember whether you last read English or Spanish. The collars in your cart are saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics & payments
Checkout happens on a secure page run by our payment processor. We send only the collars in your order and your language so the order can be fulfilled; we never receive or store card numbers. The payment processor’s privacy terms apply to that payment step. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits and measure how fast pages load; they do not use cookies or identify you personally.
